Privacy policy

TL;DR: We collect what you type into our forms plus first-touch marketing attribution, use it to respond to your business-purpose loan request, share it with the service providers and wholesale lenders needed to work on it, and do not sell it. You can opt out of texts by replying STOP.

Who is responsible

DSCR Loans California 5-10 Units is a Loan Daddy LLC brand. Loan Daddy LLC is responsible for the information collected through this website. You can reach us at compliance@loandaddy.ai.

What we collect

When you submit a form on this site, we collect the information you enter:

  • Name, email address and phone number.
  • Property state, property type, occupancy, estimated value and loan amount.
  • Loan purpose and any message you write.
  • Your consent to be contacted, and the time it was given.

We also collect limited technical and marketing information with each submission: the page you landed on, the referring page, and campaign parameters such as utm source, medium, campaign, term and content, plus click identifiers used by advertising platforms when present. These are stored in your browser session and sent along with the form so we can understand how you found us.

How we use it

  • To respond to your request and evaluate the property you send.
  • To contact you by email, phone or text about that request, as you consented.
  • To keep records of consent and of the communication that follows.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns generate inquiries, in aggregate.
  • To meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping obligations.

Who we share it with

We share the information needed to work on your request with service providers and lending partners. That can include our customer relationship management system, our lead processing and backup systems, wholesale lenders or investors we submit your scenario to, and vendors that provide appraisal, title, insurance or verification services. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, subpoena or regulatory request, or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Consent to contact

The consent language on our forms reads:

I agree to be contacted by Loan Daddy LLC about my request by email, phone, or text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or telling the person who contacts you. Withdrawing consent stops marketing contact; we may still contact you about an active transaction where the law allows it.

Cookies and browser storage

This site does not set advertising cookies of its own. It uses your browser’s session storage to remember first-touch marketing attribution for the length of your visit, and that value is included if you submit a form. Clearing your browser storage removes it. Third-party services you reach through links on this site have their own policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records, consent records and related correspondence for as long as needed to service the request and to meet legal, licensing and recordkeeping requirements. Retention periods differ by record type and by the requirements that apply to a mortgage broker.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct or delete the information we hold about you, subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements, by writing to compliance@loandaddy.ai. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will explain what applies when you ask.

Security

We use administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

This site is for business-purpose investment inquiries and is not directed to anyone under eighteen. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
